Sarah has had a passion for women's empowerment and international development since college. After receiving an MBA in International Economic Development, she worked in Africa and Asia with an international NGO for several years before moving to Denver, where she has specialized in social enterprise, nonprofit consulting, and international development. Sarah is the Managing Director of Catalytic Ventures, a social enterprise consulting business that works with nonprofits and social enterprises around the world, and nothing gets her more excited then helping a nonprofit become more sustainable! In 2014 she was recognized as one of Denver Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40 for her work in social enterprise. She is also a board member at Children's Future, her favorite nonprofit, which works in Cambodia.
When she isn't dreaming new social entrepreneurial ideas into life, Sarah loves cheering for her beloved Baltimore Ravens, exploring Colorado, planning her future travels and spoiling her nephews and niece.

She has worked in the fashion industry for the last 13 years where she has designed and produced couture bridal, sportswear, active wear and western wear for labels such as TOMBOY, Roper, and Athleta, as well as starting her own label, R.Lee. She has always desired to use her talents for the greater good— to give back to her community, and sees TRIBE as a platform to further that mission.

In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys paddleboarding with her adorable dog Tulsa, dreaming up new recipes in the kitchen, spending time with family (especially her niece and nephew) and expanding her knowledge through reading.
